On Monday, January 26, 2009, two men entered Knott’s Pharmacy (4819 J Street) and robbed the clerk at gunpoint. The suspects ordered the clerk to give them all of the OxyContin pills available. The suspects got away with hundreds of OxyContin pills.
Suspect #1 was described as a male White adult in his early 20’s. He was 5’9" to 5’11" in height and weighed between 180 and 200 pounds. He was wearing baggy pants, a black hooded jacket, black gloves, large dark sunglasses, and a brown handkerchief covering his mouth. He was armed with a black handgun.
Suspect #2 was described as a male White adult in his early 20’s. He was 5’9" to 5’11" in height and weighed between 180 and 200 pounds. He was wearing black baggy pants, a black hooded jacket, and dark sunglasses (which re removed at one point, revealing he had blue eyes).
The suspects may have been driving a late 80’s to early 90’s, black, 2 door Honda Civic. The car was described as looking like a race car. The car was lowered and had front-end damage.
