Additional Suspects Arrested In Connection To Game Store Robbery Series

On January 15, 2009, 2009, members of the Sacramento County Violent Crimes Task Force (which is comprised of robbery detectives from the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department and Special Agents of the FBI), with the assistance of the Sacramento Police Department and the Elk Grove Police Department, arrested two additional suspects they believe are tied to a series of armed robberies. The first suspect, 18-year old Reginald Hola, was arrested at a house in the 4000 block of Deerbrook Drive. The second suspect, a 17-year-old male juvenile, was arrested at the Sacramento Job Corps Center in the 3100 block of Meadowview Drive.

Investigators believe these suspects, together with the three suspects arrested for the robbery of a video game store on January 12, 2009, are responsible for at least six recent game store robberies since December 20, 2008; including four in Sacramento County, and one each in the cities of Sacramento, and Elk Grove. Detectives also believe the suspects are tied to at least two other area robberies as well.
