Bank Robbery-Detectives Asking For The Public’s Help

The Sacramento Violent Crimes Task Force (FBI and the Sacramento Sheriff’s Robbery Bureau) are requesting the publics help in identifying a bank robber.

On December 9, 2008, at 11:00 am, the suspect entered the Washington Mutual Bank branch located on 9100 block of Kiefer Blvd and demanded money from a bank teller. During the robbery, the suspect indicated that he was armed. After obtaining the money from the teller, the suspect fled the bank on a bicycle.

The suspect is described as an Asian male in his late 20’s or 30’s, 5’ 6” to 5’ 8” tall, medium build, with dark hair and a mustache. He was wearing a dark color baseball cap, a red long sleeve jacket with a design on it, and blue jeans.
